If you do not have access to the email address you originally used to purchase, then send us a support inquiry.​
To install and update ChronoSync Express, open the Mac App Store on your Mac. Click on the “Purchased” toolbar button and update using the Apple ID used when purchased.
To install and update ChronoMonitor or InterConneX, go to the iOS App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
ChronoSync Pegasus Edition was a special version of ChronoSync that was distributed by Promise when you purchased a Pegasus Drive.

- Download the product by choosing the desired application from the Downloads page.
- Double-click the .dmg file to open.
- Double-click “Install”.
- Follow the instructions presented in the installer.
- Once completed, the installer notifies you of a successful installation.
Note: ChronoSync is located in the Applications folder and ChronoAgent is located in System Preferences.
- Launch ChronoSync. ChronoSync is located in the Applications folder.
- Open the Registration Panel. Either click “Register Now” when you launch ChronoSync or choose “License” from the ‘ChronoSync’ menu while using the program.
- Type in your User Name (it can be any name) and email.
- Copy (Command-C) and paste (Command-V) the license key that you received in email into the “License key” field.
- Click “Register.”
- Open System Preferences and click on the ChronoAgent icon. ChronoAgent is located in System Preferences.
- Click the “License” tab and then click on the “Register” button. You may have to click on the lock icon to authenticate first.
- Copy (Command-C) and paste (Command-V) the license key that you received in email into the “License key” field.
- Type in your User Name (it can be any name) and email.
- Click “Register.”
Make sure to Copy/Paste the License Key from your email, do not try to type it, and enter any name or email you want.

Install and update ChronoSync Express directly from the Mac App Store on your Mac using the Apple ID used when purchased.
Install and update InterConneX or ChronoMonitor directly from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad using the Apple ID used when purchased.
Take A Test Drive.
- Download and install ChronoSync.
- Launch ChronoSync. You will be presented with a licensing options window.
- Choose ‘Activate Trial Mode’.
- Click on “Continue.”
- A 15-day trial license key will be retrieved from our server.
- You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation.
- The time remaining in your trial will appear in a couple spots in ChronoSync:Â on the ChronoSync Organizer window and License panel.

- Launch ChronoAgent and click on the “License” tab.
- To get to the “License” panel, you’ll first need to authenticate.
- Click on “Trial.”
- A 15-day trial license key will be retrieved from our server.Â
- You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation.
- The time remaining in your trial will appear in a few spots in ChronoAgent: on the “Status”, “License” and “General” panels.

There is no trial version available for ChronoSync Express but you can test run ChronoSync to get a feel for ChronoSync Express. Both apps share the same interface with extra features added to ChronoSync. Contact support if you are unsure if ChronoSync Express is the right solution for you.
